Farmers Produce,LLC Manufactures high value products derived from the coconut. The main products currently in production are coconut sugar or sap sweetener (crystallized form) . The raw material base for these products is coconut sap (toddy) . Coconut sap is tapped from unopened spathe (inflorescence of coconut) . Recent studies have shown that coconut sap has high nutritional value and provides a low-glycemic index healthy alternative. Other products like coconut syrup, coconut honey, coconut vinegar, and high energy drinks are also currently in product development. Farmers Produce,LLC is currently developing and using the latest technology in the production of virgin coconut oil and its sub-products like coconut skim milk, protein isolates, coconut ice cream and coconut juice. Other by-products further processed from the above products is coconut meal (sapal) that is made into coconut flour and coco-dietary fiber. Farmers Produce LLC farms and processing plants are located mainly in Bicol and Mindanao regions. The coconut farms in this regions do not use pesticide and fertilizers as it is located adjacent to the ocean. The ocean breeze provides sodium, the best natural fertilizer for coconuts.
