- About Us : Feodosia State Optical Plant is a state company established in 1967; since the Soviet times it has a glorious reputation as an internationally recognized supplier of optical goods. Its brands of microscopy as Feodosia State Optical Plantll as military equipment have been recognized and very popular in China, India, Soviet Union since the 70s. FSOP is a diversified company; its two main product areas being a) production of goods for the military (laser rangefinders, laser sensors, sighting systems and complexes, etc); b) production of optical and optico-electronic equipment for civil purposes (microscopy for labs, high schools and universities, magnifiers, etc.). As far as military products are concerned, our clients are Ministries of Defense of Poland, Russia and Ukraine. Concerning our products for civil purposes, design and quality of popular microscopes of "Younnat" series have been tested for decades and these microscopes have long proved their quality and functionality and have taken their rightful place in the field of education and training facilities that is confirmed by numerous awards and marks of distinction.One of the major indicators of product quality is the warranty period which a manufacturer offers to its products - it is an indicator and a proof of confidence of the manufacturer in quality and durability of its products.The warranty period for microscopes of "Younnat" series is 24 months from the date of purchase (lifetime is about 20 years), not 12 months that another manufacturers offer as the quality of "Younnat" microscopes has been tested for decades.The microscopes are comfortable for use in educational establishments and are marked by the very attractive quality-cost combination compared to their analogues: optic part manufactured from high quality glass they have a relatively low price for such quality level.
