We used to export around 4 million pcs sweater products ( pullover/cardigan/vest for Men/Women/Children ) each Year.We have a vast & solid experience to meet the exact needs of global customers from Canada, Uk, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Switzerland etc. Most of the products we used to produce in our own factories (Classic Sweater Ltd ). Apart from our own production capacity we used to use more 4 factories as our continuous supportive production unit named (K.Ali Sweater Ltd., Spring Trade ltd,Mahin sweaters ltd,Modern Images).We have our own Q.C team to check & control the products quality from the sample development to final shipment.We have a total 10 skilled Q.C member who have successfully completed the Q.C management course from ( Bangladesh Institute of Fashion & Technologies a sister concern of BGMEA).We used to follow & maintain the quality level "AQL 2.5".Beside our Q.C we are pleased to offer you to conduct the Final Random Inspection through ( I.T.S , S.G.S, Bureau Varitas OR your own Q.C team).We can also provide you lab-test report as passed from( I.T.S , S.G.S, Bureau Varitas,STR )on our yarn/buttons/zipper/sewing thread that will be used to produce respective sweaters.More over we have 4 Merchandisers responsible for order follow-up as well accessories sourcing.
