The type of qualitative demanding press work G & G does on a regularly base, encompasses ferrous and non ferrous progression pressings, compound stampings, small deep drawings, small fine blanking's as well as all types of secondary operations. Press work is done in material thickness ranging from 0, 12 mm to 8, 0 mm and in widths of up to 400, 0 mm. Component are produced if required with all types of material finishes. G & G produces qualitative demanding plastic injection mouldings as well as insert and over mouldings utilizes materials like Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polyamide, Acrylonitrile Butadine Styrene. The type of assemblies G & G produces are all or fully automated with intgrated and automated 100% quality inspection.
