LTD., Bangalore (G&P) made a humble beginning of manufacturing Bevel Gears in India when these were imported and technical know-how was not available. Over the years G&P has moved forward by expanding capacity to its plant from time to time and updating technology. Today G&P is one of the best gear manufacturing unit in India, meeting the stringent quality requirement of their customers and maintaining the delivery schedule. G&P caters to the need of leading Original Equipment Manufacturers of Automobile, Tractor, Earthmoving Equipments, Printing and Textile Machines and various other machine tools. Since last few years Crown Wheel and Pinion are regularly exported to U.S.A at most competitive price, which has been well accepted by the customer. This was made possible by a devoted team of ambitious and qualified professional backed by range of sophisticated equipments imported from all over the world.Generally the components are processed in large batches, but, orders for small batch quantities are also accepted, which are executed in minimum time since cutting blades of various sizes are well stocked and machine set up summary developed by our design center. Besides specialising in manufacturing of Crown Wheel and Pinion, Straight and Spiral Bevel Gears, it also commands the facilities for manufacturing Spline Shaft.The unit has a state of the art design center manned by specialists in CAD/CAM working with top of the line equipments. All the necessary workholding, fixtures etc are designed to suit the component and manufactured by us. These saves manufacturing time and ensure the delivery as per the schedule. The various processes required manufacturing the component are also computer developed which ensure the quality of the component. Wealth of information is gathered through subscription of books and periodical regularly. Having completed the expansion project recently, enough capacity is available to cater to the need of existing as well as new customers.
