The routine controls of vineyards and growing grapes are made by Prof. Gokhan SOYLEMEZOGLU in high standarts. Wine production is made by Expert Eunolog Dr. Aykut UCAK. Our wines are made only by grapes which are grown in our own vineyards (we do not purchase grapes from any other wineyards) . During the tastings in wine fair 2006 in Hilton Hotel, our wines got high grades from the sector professionals, and as a conclusion most of the top hotels decided to include our wines in their menus.
