We are very serious participants in this industry, and therefore, have our offices located in the executive offices of a Private Banking Institution, in Frankfurt, Germany, so that our transactions are secure and completed on a bank level, paying commissions, as agreed, and protecting referral sources from our Registered Agents globally. General Procedures: Buyer provides a LOI to Global Crude by email stating buyers desire to purchase Global Crude products, and also provides a financial resume of buyer company. Global Crude sends Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to Buyer. Buyer signs FCO. Global Crude provides SPA (Contract) to Buyer. Both Buyer and Global Crude agree on terms and conditions and sign. Buyers bank provide a MT705 to confirm availability of funds to Global Crudes bank. Global Crude provides POP, etc. Buyers bank provides Transferable LC. Sellers bank provides 2% performance bond (PB). Product is loaded per contract, etc., and Funds Paid as agreed per contract (Money in bank is distributed to Global Crude, and Seller/ Buyer Agents, etc.)
