We may only respond to direct seller mandates, mine manufacturers and mine owners who offer solid SCO. Past shipment records might be needed to verify seller's performance and offering & shipment capability, initially. Procedure: 1. Seller issue SCO; 2. We offer LOI with bank information; 3. Seller accept LOI with issuing the FOC and draft contract back to us; 4. Possilbe on-site inspection of the ore; 5. Working on and signing the contract; 6.
