Apart from the above, GMASON can design and supply acid pickling lines for cleaning of Hot Rolled coil stock for strip widths up to 2000mm, Electrolytic Cleaning Lines and Degreasing Lines for cleaning Cold Rolled Coils of 1250 MM widths. Pickling Lines can be incorporated with features like heated acid tanks and Granite lining on all the inner sides of tank and maintenance free High Flow Rate Multi Teflon Tube type heat exchangers. The line can be equipped with conventional Deep Tank or Shallow Tank with turbulent acid flow depending on its capacity. Digital PLC based controls with on board computer are optional. GMASON can supply coil processing lines which includes Slitting Lines, Shearing Lines, and Edge Trimming Lines for HR/CR coils. Slitting Lines incorporate features like induction hardened forged alloy steel arbors, double eccentric arrangement and complete Digital PLC based controls. Optional features include Edge Positioning Control, Shim less Tooling, and Hydraulic Locking for arbor nuts, and Quick Tool changing system etc. Shearing Lines incorporate features like multi-roll correction leveler, Flying Shear and Stacker, with or without the Magnetic Piler. The manufacturing of components or assemblies is done at our vendors facilities equipped with latest machines including CNC machines and special purpose machines fitted with DRO and are located in close proximity to our office enabling us a better control on their activities, such as in process inspection, manufacturing process monitoring, and supervision of critical assembly work even at odd hours uninterruptedly. GMASON is serving the industry by converting hard copies of all types of engineering drawings to soft copies or micro slides and with translating French, Italian & German text to English text. GMASON do assist in finding surplus equipment world wide, dismantling from the site with proper tracking Tags, packing and commissioning of the same at costumers location. GMASON is equally experienced on SAW pipe process and equipment required to manufacture such pipes. Other areas are spiral welded pipes plants and implementation of various welding techniques like SAW, TIG, MIG and Fusion types on continuous manufacturing plants.
