- About Us : Greenwood Fuel Company was created at the request of the State of Utah and the U.S. Military. To deal with specific needs called for which deal with multiple types of fossil Fuels including liquid and solid fuel types. The inclusion of coal as a fuel type was began in 2010 as a means to offer overseas and domestic assistance in this fuel type. As most of Greenwood Fuels, Inc dealings in this area has been with government and off shore contracts, it is not within our right by contract to reveal the source or other information as to what those contracts contain. Therefore such information is not forthcoming in this document. However, suffice it to say that as a company, Greenwood Fuel company has been operating for several years successfully. Greenwood Fuel Company is also affiliated with Power Control Company of Utah which has run and done business all over the world for the past now 16 years. As the owners of both companies are essentially the same, what one has done can be attributed to both as far as successful experience can be expected. Greenwood Fuel Company, coupled with Power Control Company of Utah holds a Utah State vendor number which is awarded by the state as a preferred vendor doing business with the State of Utah. That number is 819-49A Greenwood Fuel Company Utah State Tax License is #12235706-002-STCAlong with that number is the Special Fuels permit grant to sell Fossil Fuel in and from the State of Utah. That designation was granted in September of 2009 and is reflected in the State Documents when dealing with any taxable fuel issues out of this State. Federal and State Fuel Tax Number and permit is: 77-0720805 Our Liability Insurance per Federal and State requirement is for $3M per incident and $50 M per delivery. Our Business Key policy is with American Family Insurance and reinsured through Winterthur Re. Switzerland.
