• About Us : At the outset, Gulf Acrylic Ind L.L.C. would like to introduce Gulf Acrylic Industries LLC and Shamal Plastic Industries LLC, located at the Sohar Industrial Estate in the Sultanate of Oman, where we manufacture the following products: Polycarbonate sheets (PC) Extruded Acrylic sheets (PMMA) High Impact PMMA Sheets Extruded Acrylic Co-Polymer ( SAN ) sheets PVC Foam sheets Both the companies have been promoted by some of the leading business groups in the Sultanate of Oman and manned by highly competent professionals drawn from the cream of the industry. The company went on stream with commercial production starting 1996, using two advanced, state of the art extrusion machinery from Europe, (Cincinnati & Omipa ) both with a total licensed capacity of 9,700 M. T. Per annum. These machines have co extrusion feature to provide special characteristics and multiple resins. Gulf Acrylic Industries LLC and AL Shamal Industries LLC has now become the foremost regional manufacturer and a major player in thermoplastic sheets in the emerging global markets, by operating through greater efficiency and productivity, delivering uncompromising superior quality products and excellent service and technical support. These sheets are primarily consumed by the building material and signage industry and we are in a position to cater to most of their requirements of the industry with regard to size, thickness, colors, finish and overall quality. In most cases, they are distributors specifically dealing in thermoplastic sheets and signage materials. Our maximum width is 2,050 mm We are also manufacturing sheets with special finish viz. Grains, textures, patterns (as with lighting diffusers) and designs for different applications.
