- About Us : In 1957, An Engineering Company was established by Mr. Muhammad Ismail (Late) in the name of Shami Corporation, with its factory premises in Federal B Area, which catered the needs of various Industries including the Tobacco Industry in Pakistan and Bangladesh. The jH.I.S Industriesney from Shami Corporation to ISMAIL ENGINEERING WORKS (born 1968) took about eleven years. After the demise of the founder, Mr. M. Ismail, in 1978, his eldest son, Muhammad Aslam, took charge of the office and the company was converted into a Partnership concern H.I.S (Haji Ismail Sons) Industries, to include all the successors of M. Ismail. H.I.S.
