It has latest generation Naptha Cracker Unit with a capacity of 670 KTA and manufactures 860KTA of polymers and around 632KTA of petro-chemicals, with expansions underway. In polymer, HPL has a capacity of 560 KTA of Polyethylene (260 KTA of LLDPE and HDPE from latest generation Basell Technology Spherilene Gas Phase Swing Process and Mitsui Slurry CX Process respectively) and 300KTA of Polypropylene (PP) from Basell (Spheripol process) Technology. The liquid petrochemical products include Benzene, Butadiene, LPG, Cyclopentane, Py. Gas & Carbon Black Feedstock (CBFS). We commenced our exports in the year 2000 with mainly Polyethylene grades. We commenced our Value added Product export like PP woven sacks, laminated and unlaminated PP woven fabric and printed and unprinted HDPE t shirt bags from the year 2002. Now we have been able to generate and sustain a very strong customer base in USA, Canada, Europe and Srilanka. This has been possible due to our excellent resin and value added product quality, excellent converter base and prompt dispatch and unique customer focus and service from our Company. We have encouraged entrepreneurs to set up new export conscious units in West Bengal.
