It is an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient producer established in compliance with European and US GMP standards. It was founded in 2002 by HEC PHARM CO and international partners. Today HEC BIOCHEM owns one of the largest drug fermentation plants in China and is already a major manufacturer of macrolide antibiotics (erythromycin and its derivatives). Yichang Changjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of HEC PHARM CO, located in Hubei China, specilized in the production of synthetic APIs. such as Metronidazole (DMF No.: 19442, CEP No.: R0-CEP 2005-002-Rev 00) and so on. HEC Pharm quality Policy: Our quality system is a 6-system based system refering to FDA current guidelines and EU-GMP (ICH Q7A GMP rules). Our Quality dept. consists of QA unit, QC unit, RA unit(Regulatory Affires) and Documentation center. A independent dept. from quality is responsible for the production and egineering. Quality assurance addresses any point of the manufacture from the selection of raw materials sppliers, sourcing, receiving and holding, releasing and processing, testing and releasing, warehosing and distribution and so on.
