The company started its charcoal manufacturing activity in 1986 as a joint venture with the perbadanan kemajuan negeri, negeri sembilan (PKNNS) . About project Malaysia & Indonesia is the biggest palm oil producer in the world. & the process of extracting the crude palm oil generate abundat of solid & liquid waste that High Energy Corporation SDN.BHD.re considered a major sources of air and water pollution in Malaysia. The objective of this project is to convert the solid waste in to a valuable product that is charcoal. The energy or power requirement for the bio gas production is taken from the closed tank anaerobic digestion of the liquid waste effluent i. E. Palm oil mill effluent which releses the bio gas. Pyrolisis gas generated from carbonization process willbe used to power the mill boiler. This proposal documented the business plan for the production of charcoal from palm oil waste namely kernel shell, fiber, & empty fruit bunch called ''bio-charcoal'' utilizing gas emitted by palm oil mill effluent (POME) treatment process as a fuel to generate power called "bio-gas"for the process plant by High Energy Corporation SDN.
