• About Us : Founded in 1991, HTSM occupies a 20,000 square foot facility in Naugatuck, CT. High Tech Sintered Metals operate 3 dissociated ammonia furnaces. Our press tonnage ranges from 4-110 tons. Largest size possible of parts manufactured is 2.75 square inches. <br/> <br/>Our specialty is operating at very high capacities. We have presses configured for 10,000 parts per hour. We also manufacture smaller specialty jobs. <br/> <br/>Wide variety of powder metals including but not limited to steel, stainless steel, iron, recycled iron, copper, copper alloys, nickel, nickel alloys, bronze, aluminum, distaloy, and other special alloys. <br/> <br/>Wide variety of secondary services include heat treating, oil impregnation, resin impregnation, coining, infiltrating, plating, steam oxidizing, and machining. <br/> <br/>We serve a wide variety of industries but not the automotive industry. We are ISO compliant. <br/> <br/>HTSM is a member of the Connecticut Business and Industry Association, the Naugatuck and Waterbury Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Manufacturers. <br/> <br/>We have a cage code(for government contracts) and are a certified minority supplier certified through the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
