HISTORY In 1956, the Late Haji Asghar Ali, a man of vision and commitment, entered the business of yarn trading. In 1989 his son, Aijaz Ansari, changed the format of the company and named it the HILTEX INDIA, after his father. It was Aijaz Ansari who took the initiative of manufacturing hand-woven rugs and finding new markets and indirectly supply to Scandinavian countries. After few years, he explores market in European & American countries. Now the company deals in wide range of Indian rugs. Aijaz Ansari and his son believe that it is the design, quality, colour and price of the rugs that attracts the customers and the end users. HILTEX has an eminent team of creative designers. HILTEX is now run by professionals under the leadership of Aijaz Ansari and his son Danish Aijaz. The company is a manufacturer & exporter of hand-woven & hand tufted rugs from India. PRODUCT RANGE We have a wide selection of home flooring including hand-woven, hand tufted and hand knotted rugs. Our ranges of products are very popular in Scandinavian countries. Our woven products are made on different looms such as pit loom, jacquard loom, dobby loom and frame loom. Our collection is simple, modern and oriental patterns. HAND-WOVEN RUGS: Cotton Rugs, Organic Cotton Rugs, Chenille Rugs, Rag Rugs, Paper Rugs, Indoor/Outdoor Plastic Rugs, Wool Rugs, Kilim Rugs, Stitched Patchwork Rugs, Polyester/Wool Shaggy Rugs, Natural Rugs etc. HOME TEXTILES: Bath Mats, Cushion Covers, Place Mats, Table Runner, Throws etc. ACCESSORIES: Poufs, Ottomans, Woven Bags etc. INFRASTRUCTURE: HILTEX we understand the value of modernization and constant up gradation of infrastructure. We have also taken care to build a network of ancillary units that help us maintain the highest standards in quality and timely delivery of products. Dyeing : We have our own dyeing unit, which includes cabinet type yarn dyeing with a capacity of 2.0 MT per day. This complete in-house facility assures superior quality dyeing for yarns. Weaving : HILTEX has tied up with a network of nearly 2000 looms in the textile centers of Sitapur & Mirzapur for uninterrupted supply. They include frame looms, pit looms, Jacquard looms, Power looms and Dobby looms. Packing : HILTEX has a dedicated packing unit with 1,00,000 sq. feet area. Our facility has the capability of providing customized packaging for each buyer, as per specifications and desired labels, stickers, tags and so on Authenticated and Audited.
