Hoover uses carbon steel to construct an IBC that is a lighter and less expensive alternative to Hoover Materials Handling Group stainless steel IBC. Galvanized steel is used for Hoover containers and container frames that are utilized in very harsh and corrosive environments (typically offshore). Hoover’s roto-moulded containers such as the Polycone 45 and the APR® are constructed of lightweight and durable polyethylene.</p>
