Through Beneficiation Plant, we are capable to remove the Silica, Alumina & Phosphorus to great extent almost to a acceptable range of Silica <3.5%, Alumina < 1.5% and P<0.025% from original feed having silica >23%, Alumina > 5.5% and P>1%. We have also attained the Ore concentration upto 74%Fe from the ore having Fe 48%. All these ores are Hematite. For Magnetite , even Better then these results are attained. We undertake the enire Project on Turnkey Basis. For the Overseas Customers, we can work-out for the technology Transfer along with all necessary Plant & Equipment Drawings and operating parameters for the optimization.
