Alfa Hydraulic exports the whole of its production to the OEM companies. Target produciton of Alfa Hydraulic for 2008 is 85. 000 pieces which enhanced its product range and production volume by increasing it 25percentage within the framework of high quality standards with 5 engineers, 4 technicians and 52 production and 8 managerial staff. Alfa Hydraulic follows the strategy to provide service to OEM companies which are in the huge sectors such as construction equipment, agricultural machines and industrial machines. Alfa Hydraulic performed its production according to the ISO 9001 2000 Quality Management System norms that aimed at business process where the same quality results would be taken at every turn and therefore proved the quality of cylinders with quality certificates which it received from various international measurement and standardization organizationsAlfa Hydraulic that maintained the whole of its production on CNC lathes carefully and sensitively gives its all to provide satisfaction of customer in the knowledge of customers expectations and needs. For the honed pipe and chrome plated spindle which are the basic parts of cylinder, it is performed plating thickness and surface roughness measurements. Products have 100percentage welding tightness and quality with the special welding machines and pulse welding technology produced by company. Alfa Hydraulic that aimed at serial production prepares to pass robot welding technology at the beginning of 2008. Each produced cylinder is simultaneously subjected to three separate tests under 260 bars pressure in the special test machines developed by our experienced engineers. With these tests, it is performed internal pressure tightness test, external unit tightness test and linearity measures. Again, with the high pressure filters in our test machine, it is provided the cleaning of small metal particles and extension of felt life. Alfa Hydraulic that paints the whole of the products at automatic oven-dying plant performs phosphatization in order to consolidate quality and resistance of dye before painting. With phosphatization before painting, the long life products resistant to stroke are presented for customer use.
