With an approximate 30000 square meter factory( including newly established manufactory in Huizhou city) and 520 staffs, Syhdee has its own SMT workshop with 7 sets of SMT machines; process lines with 6 assembly lines and 4 automatic aging burning test lines; and professional experimental laboratory with 4 spectrophotometers, goniophotometer, constant temperature and humidity chamber, as Huizhou Syhdee Manufactory Co.,Ltdll as various kinds of test equipments. Syhdee manufactory production management system(PMS) has already passed DEKRA and TUV authorized quality management and environment management and achieved authentication certificates. Advanced PMS(production management system) highly ensures best quality and prompt delivery for mass orders of 400,000pcs per month. Moreover, a more than 25-member R&D department is one of the core strengths in promoting corporate development. Made up of one experienced American LED lighting designer and learned Doctor and Masters of Science, our R&D team has formed 6 groups: Chip & Packaging group, Illuminating Efficiency Group, Electrical Engineering Group, Electronic Engineering Group, Hardware Structure Group and Industrial Design Group; which can make sure 2 or 3 new product projects each year.
