Our services have proved to be particularly helpful in cases where a client's hardware sizes have changed from the standard norm, for whatever reasons, or simply when a client cannot find stock in a short period of time, we would be able to provide you with the correct seal with no hassles.MOULDINGS As well as our manufacturing side of operations, we have a elastomer moulding facility to accommodate volume orders which enable us to remain competitive with our prices. Our polyurethane material is made in-house which ensures a faster turnaround time and eliminates any shipping set-backs.PRODUCTS We manufacture our products from various materials namely polyurethane, various rubber products, nylons and teflons (PTFE). These include specialized products to handle high temperatures and chemical-resistant applications. With regards to our polyurethane seals, we are able to accommodate a wide range of sizes starting from 5mm up to 2.5 metres in diameter. Our other materials also have a wide range of sizes which we are able to manufacture.ELASTOMERSPolyurethaneWe use TDI ether based polyurethane in mainly two shore hardness 90 and 95 shore. There are however other products and shore hardness available.Polyurethane elastomers are characterized by extraordinary high tensile strength, good tear resistance and additionally are resistant to weathering and to ozone.Temperature rating -65 to 90 degrees CelsiusNitrile Rubber (NBR)Materials based on these synthetic rubbers are suitable for many areas of application by virtue of there good physical properties. Hydraulic, Pneumatic seals and above all o rings are made from NBR.Temperature rating -30 to +100 degrees Celsius.Fluorocarbon (fkm) (VITON)The special importance of materials based on this product is there resistance to high temperatures and there chemical stability.Temperature rating -25 to +200 degrees Celsius.Silicone RubberMainly used for chemical resistance, heat and food industry.Temperature rating -60 to +200 degrees Celsius Ethylene propylene diene rubber(EPDM)Mainly used for break fluid and steam applications.Temperature rating -50 to +10 degrees Celsius.NYLONThe stock nylon that we use is a Moly filled grey/black nylon.MOS2 Molybdenum disulphide dry lubricant for a lower coefficient of friction and higher crystalinity a tough multipurpose nylon. We do however cover a wide range of various nylons and plastics.CARBONWe manufacture various bushes and mechanical seal faces.DISTRIBUTIONWe currently have one branch in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal. We sell directly to the public as well as the main seal retailers throughout southern Africa.
