- About Us : The IMA sp. z o.o. company was founded in 2010. The company offers three main product branches: - industrial installations from stainless and acid resistant steel intended for the alcohol processing industry, food processing industry, biogas and cogeneration plants, - design services, preparing technical documentation as per the requirements of TSO, COM, - manufacturing and selling of ethyl alcohol. The IMA sp. z o.o. staff consists is highly qualified, with lots of experience and long working history in IMA Sp. Z O.o. industry branch. Our main advantage is the ability to improve the manufacturing process owing to our experience with installation works for the alcohol processing industry. We are one of the few manufacturers in Poland, who control their entire production chain, since the whole process of ethanol production takes place in a single plant. We have our own distillery, purification and dehydration installations. The raw material for our products is grain (we don't use molasses), coming from proven providers only, which is tested in terms of quality every time. The control of the material consists of two stages - upon purchase and upon reception at the plant. Our products exhibit a constant, high quality. Our manufacturing plants are one of the most advanced in Poland. We are able to achieve very good product parameters by using the technology by the renowned companies such as: GEA WIEGAND GmbH, GEA BARR-ROSIN, FLOTWEGG, LOOS, as well as our own experience with regards to construction and use of similar installations. Leading polish spirit manufacturers appreciated the high quality our products and services - we sell our alcohol to two the biggest producers of polish vodka. Different types of ethyl alcohol open the long list of various IMA Sp. z o.o. products which thanks to their parameters and properties are used in many industry branches, especially in: - distilling industry - as the fundamental material for producing pure vodka, flavoured vodka, liqueur, including fruit liqueur; - food industry - as non-pyridine agricultural distillate used for producing vinegar, mustard and other food products; - cosmetic industry - used in the production of known and appreciated cosmetic brands; - chemical industry - used among others for producing solvents, paints and varnishes, and various kinds of car cosmetics; - petrochemical industry - BIOETHANOL (dehydrated agricultural ethyl alcohol) is used as an ecological biocomponent of engine fuel, substantially reducing fossil fuel consumption and the amount of gas fumes responsible for the greenhouse effect. On the basis of different types of ethyl alcohol we make also ready-made products such as: - windscreen concentrate, - concentrated washer fluids with anti-freezing protection. One of the by-products that we obtain in the production of agricultural distillate, as a result of thickening and drying of spent wash, is dry grain extract rich in protein and nutrients (DDGS). Thanks to its parameters and organoleptic properties the product ideally balances feed rations and is also an ideal nutrient used as foodstuff supplement. Our monthly manufacturing capacity is: - 1 000 thousand liters of alcohol (distillate) industrial rectified extra neutral (REN) class [min. 95, 0 % ABV], - 700 thousand liters of ethyl alcohol, agricultural alcohol, rectified neutral crop-based product [min. 96, 0 % ABV], - 300 thousand liters of ethyl alcohol, standard dehydrated product based on REN [min. 99, 9 % ABV], - 300 thousand liters of pharmaceutical grade dehydrated ethyl alcohol, based on agricultural alcohol, rectified neutral crop-based product [min. 96, 0 % ABV], - 1 000 thousand liters of bioethanol [min. 99, 8 % ABV], - 800 tons of high-protein, corn-based dried distiller's grains with solubles (DDGS). Moreover, we offer the possibility to denaturize and compose the properties of our alcohol as per the customer's requirements. We are able to manufacture alcohol as per your specification, using any required raw materials based on an individual order.
