In IMPAL five people core team of R&D are specialist in relative sections of moduling, hardware, electronic components and design, plastic and screen printing, industry art design. R&D Manager LAO HE has over 10 years experiences in electronics R&D and management. Market need of electronic cigarettes are conducted into the framework of PLM(Production Lifetime Management) in R&D department.To abide by the leading PLM practice LAO HE manages the team time and cost effectively to launch new products meeting the customers requirement duly. Module and construction engineer LAO SUN has done toy design for 8 years before he joined the R&D team. His rich experiences enhances construction designing for e-cigarette. Electronic engineer LAO LI has keen knowledge in electronic circuit designing, and has done remarkable improvement in electronic design and battery verification. Process engineer LAO YU has been working in production line since his start of working. His everyday work incudes designing production tools and equipments to help to improve production efficiency and productibility, especially for new products. Xiao Zhang, the youngest in the team, has been doing art and package design since her graduation from college 8 years ago. Many of our OEM packing design are fulfiled through her careful and state-of-art work. All R&D stuff have over 3 years experience working with supplier factories, know where the suppliers ability is and how to cooperate with them for best result. For key components supply such as lithium battery, e-liquid and hardware we verify at least TWO suppliers for each component to maintain steady and quality material supply. In doing so we can also obtain competitive. status to cut cost down, improve quality and deliver on time.
