The main feature of methodology of the technical diagnostics used by institute during inquires of constructions to estimate their technical condition was based on using of a complex application of several ways of not destroying test methods. This method is based on physical test different nature fields. When inquires of difficult objects were taken the complex application of using methods has been corrected according to the task. Institute has its own off-the-shelf and unique devices as well as devices which have been granted by department of defense and gosstroy of Russia to carry out engineering constructions.
