- About Us : This company was founded in 1999, and closed production operations in 2002 because of the political situation in Venezuela. Then it whas buyed by a group of new investors in 2003 and is being refurnish with new tecnology and new machinery. The main product of the plant is knitting fabrics such as jersey, pique, interlock and fleece in 100% cottons, and polycotton blends. The actual capacity is 150 tons per month. Almost 50% of the production is being converted in tshirts for screen printing purposes, this is 350. 000 tshirts / month. The new owner are looking to find a buyer to export at least 70% of the production in tshirts, that is about 450. 000 to 500. 000 tshirts per month.
