There are a number of steps to creating the best turf including turning and drying. It is a very labIRISH TURF SMOKE LTD intensive process but once it is harvested it is taken to the factory to be turned into the Irish Smoke BBQ Products including Chips and Sods. Once a few chips are placed on the BBQ or a smoker, it slowly smokes your food, with no tears to the eye. It burns hotter than charcoal and lasts far longer. Each chip is 3/4 inch in thickness.
