The company owners, ispir family, have been in dried apricots business for more than 20 years, first as traders and than as one of the founder partners of a well known dried apricot packer and exporter in malatya. In 2005 they have founded ispir food A. S. as a family business. Our new plant is built up with respect to the most recent requirements of the food safety norms. Our factory is ISO-9001: 2000 & ISO-22000 and haccp certified. Ispir food A. S. has its own physical and chemical labaratory using latest technology and methods at the same time if it is necessary we also employ external accredited labarotories All our, most up to date, washing, processing, outhomatic filling lines and handling static tables are stainless steel and our packing line is equipped with metal dedector. Our experienced, enthusiastic workforce and administration team is fully trained for the updated requirements of the food processing methods and food safety legislations. . All necessary pre-cautions are taken to deliver the cleanest and safest products to our customers. In order to satisfy the most demanding of customers, we apply the strictest safety and quality controls throughout the full production cycle from harvesting till dispatching and assess critical controls at various steps of the production process.
