Seller sends draft contract for buyer&＃039;s approval. V. Buyer signs the contract for approval if there are not changes; otherwise we negotiate with Buyer such changes until the contract is set and buyer can sign it and sends back to us via mail. VI. Seller send back the contract signed. VII. Within specified time in the contract Buyer opens non operative financial instruments ( L/C. ) VIII. Within time specified in the contract, seller shall send to buyer POP and non operative PB that will activate the financial Instrument. IX. Buyer&＃039;s bank confirms the activation of financial Instrument automatically activating the PB. In agreement to the commercial contractual requirements of today, we look that both the seller and the buyer construct a commercial strong agreement and without legal complications</p>
