• About Us : Messers Trade Consult(TC)was registered in ZAHIDAN Iran in 1974 as a trading house engaged in export, import and indenting business. Because of government restrictions the TC was renamed as Bazargani Nasir Zaidi(BNZ)Due to trade slump BNZ entered into civil work and under took housing projects in Iranshahar, Khash and Zabul in the province of Seestan&Baluchistan Iran. BNZ was registered with Messers Marples Ridgeway(MRC)a British owned construction company engaged in building Kirman - Zahidan - Taftan highway. For quite some time BNZ was responsible to supply building material etc to the MRC. HoJahan San (Pvt) Ltdver, in 1976 BNZ was enlisted as sub contractors for the said company as builders. The activities were suspended in 1977 due to the departure of Marples Ridgeway from Iran after the Iranian Islamic Revolution. <br/> <br/>Due to the post revolution restrictions the BNZ was re-organized and registered(1980)under the title of Salman Trading House(STH)and Jahan Sanparte(pvt)Ltd. With wide range of activities. <br/> <br/> <br/>ACTIVITIES: <br/>COMMERCIAL <br/>STH commercial trading wing of Jahan Sanparte under takes indenting business as well as exports and imports of sundry items. Apart from import, export and indenting business, the trading wing of Jahan Sanparte also works as liaison between Pakistani companies and Iranian organizations interested to take part in International Tenders floated by the WAPDA of Pakistan for the high voltage power transmission towers, hardware and sub stations etc... A bridge in Karachi Pakistan and construction of Taftan Dalbandeen highway in Baluchistan Pakistan. <br/>Because of our reputation as a business house and information about Pakistan, Jahan Sanparte was called upon by the Consulate of Pakistan Meshed to organize the Pakistan Pavilion in the International Exhibitions and train their staff in managing future exhibitions. <br/> <br/>CONSTRUCTION WING <br/>Jahan Sanparte is mainly a trade oriented business house but now with a team of building experts headed by a civil engineer graduated from Pakistan(UET)re-started the civil work. <br/> <br/>Jahan Sanparte always had very good relations with Pakistan Missions. Our Chief Executive provided drawings etc to the Pakistan Consulate Zahidan constructed in late 1800 AD, free of charges, which were used in renovating the said Consulate Because of the confidence in us, Jahan Sanparte was called upon to carry out renovation of the Consulate Complex in Mashed and 1000 meter long perimeter wall and to provide with security system. This Consulate complex was also built in late 1800. <br/>CONSULTANCY/MANAGEMENT <br/> <br/>In the last few years the STH has also been called upon to provide business and industrial consultancy for the small and medium industrial trading units.
