We are cooperating with strong and reliable production flow all over the spice producing estates of the country which is guided by the department of export agriculture. Our main products 1. Pepper-black pepper and white pepper produced to the market as powders, pellets and in whole form. -pepper oleoresins-in large canneries or small consumer packages or in encapsulated form. 2. Cinnamon- quills-powders-as pellets or powder form-bark oil and leaf oil 3. Clove-clove bud, clove stem and clove oil Our potential A) pepper -1000 metric ton per year B) cinnamon -2000 metric ton per year C) clove -500 metric ton per year The major concern of this project is to produce various spice oleoresins in consumer packages. We are capable of producing 40% of our products as extracts. Depend on the buyers requirements it will be provided as large canneries as well. Quality concerns We use super critical extractors and steam distillers for extraction process at the main factory in colombo. We collect materials from well organized growers inspected by the ministry of export of export agriculture. There for these cultivations are well maintained and the quality of harvest is specially promoted towards the international standards.
