About Us : Established in 1988 under Parent Name "Knox's Recordings and Productions", in NYC USA. In Feburary of 1999, K.A.R.M. STUDIOS expanded to include Audio Mastering and adopted the acronem K.A.R.M. Studios as our New Public Identity (Knox's Audio Recording & Mastering Studios) In 2001 we further expanded into the Video Arena and has since been negotiating a new corporate name but have not yet committed to either of the final 2 names we are now down to, Our primary functions are Audio Recroding/Editing/Mixing/Mastering which includes CD Mastering/Duplications; Video Recording/Editing which includes transfer to Beta/DVD/HD; Graphics Design/Editing for print/video Our facilities currently house a Pro Tools TDM HD System with State of the Art Plugins Applications; Both Mac & Windows Operating Systems; Adobe Creative Suites on All Operating Systems; Wave Lab, Sony Sound Forge, Final Cut Pro HD, Adobe After Effects, Reason and Sound Tracks just to mention a little of the many applications we employ.
