The company is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Abuja Nigeria, to engage in the business of Oil trading & distribution, foreign procurements and supplies, importation and exportation of refined petroleum products, lubricants and chemicals and also offshore Oil services, Supplies and Engineering. The company has currently engaged a crop of Professional staff that are adequately trained and motivated for the overall success of the organization. In commencing to make a mark in the local Oil sector, K.H.O INTERNATIONAL LIMITED intend starting the local distribution of petroleum products to local clients very soon. The operations of the company are basically divided into two major departments: 1. THE SUPPLY & TRADING DEPARTMENT 2. THE ENERGY DEPARTMENT. THE SUPPLY AND TRADING DEPARTMENT This department handles all activities in the downstream sector of the Oil industry which includes: Importation of petroleum products and marketing and retailing of petroleum products, this department also handles new business prospects or opportunities such as LPG sales distribution and exportation, development of new avenues to break into the already saturated Oil market. This department is the heart of the company and it is manned by highly competent, Professionals headed by the Principal partner of the company. This department sources for business, liaise with other players in the industry and seek new ways and ideas of business at all times. As a means of achieving our goal of becoming one of the major players in the downstream sector of the petroleum industry, the company will soon commence the construction of a storage facility at the Lagos which will be capable of storing about 20, 000 MT of refined petroleum products. We also intend acquiring a 2, 500 MT Vessel for strategic offshore storage and deliveries. The company is also engaged in high level negotiations with a major Oil marketing company as a strategic partner for products importation for the company. This negotiation will hopefully be concluded very soon. It is the belief of the company that GAS is the future of the petroleum industry and efforts are in place in this aspect. Plans are also on the way to market LPG to neighbouring African countries. THE ENERGY DEPARTMENT This department is responsible for all Oil field related businesses, it handles all offshore supplies and services including supplies of offshore equipments, security and safety materials, greases, chemicals, lubricants, flow meters and pumps. This department also handles such projects as drilling and Oil production and exploration, marine services, Oilfield engineering, repairs and maintenance. The company intends in the nearest future to be very active in the upstream sector of the petroleum industry, to engage in Oil exploration, production and refining. The company also intends to bid for and acquire Oil blocs to be managed on her behalf by renowned foreign technical partners. The company also intends in the near future to build a refinery for local refining of petroleum products.
