We manufacture a variety of components as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to Yamaha Motors India Pvt Ltd. that are used in different models of Yamaha motorcycles. Certified ISO 9002 in 1998, the companys methods of manufacturing confirm to standard Pre-Set norms Consistently. we are poised to be TS16949 Certified by mid 2006. We believe in using innovative technology to maintain high quality standards in all our products. The components are heat treated in Sealed Quenched Furnaces (SQF) with computerized controls to monitor their effective case depths and micro-structures. We are supported in all our endeavors by a group of technocrats and skilled professionals, having an in-depth knowledge and vast experience in this sector. Products We Offer We offer different types of gears and shafts that are engineered to perfection using specialized gear cutting tools. Our gears, shafts and other components are made from Alloy steels SAE 8620 and SCM 415 H / SCM 420 H. The specifications of some of our products are mentioned below: Gears We develop and deliver the Spur and Helical Gears used in 2w, 3w, 4w automobile, Pumps and Gear Boxes of automobile transmission systems. We also manufacture Timing Gears as well as Splined Axle Shafts for the above applications.
