- About Us : Kariwala Industries Ltd have our own factory in FSEZ (Falta Special Economic Zone) , India which we have mentioned to you in our earlier mail where we manufacture our range of workwear, beach accessories and Garments. Here we have a 20000 sq. Feet factory under operation since 1991 and are currently in the process of expanding our facility to add another 30000 square feet Environment-friendly Green factory in the same Zone. This new factory is slated to start operation from December this year. Our facilities are well equipped with modern machinery, with Lectra CAD systems, Eastman End-cutters, cutting machines & fabric drills for the cutting section. The stitching section is equipped with High speed Brother and Juki machines including twin needle split bar, 5-thread over lock, 2-3 needle Feed of the Arm, Loop makers, 4 & 12 needle waistband machines, double chain stitching machine, electronic bar-trackers & air compressed snap attacher etc. We currently have 200-odd machines in the production facility with a production capacity of 1000-1500 units of shirts per day. The finishing section is equipped were steam vacuum ironing system and air and steam fired stain removing stations. The above facility ensures production of the most sophisticated garments with extra care for quality. We are closely working with partner factories in Dhaka, Bangladesh also. These factories are all of international standards with output of about 4, 000-5, 000 pcs of shirts per day.
