• About Us : KEVA INDUSTRY manufacture air springs in an area of 4000 sqm. We have approximately 200 sorts of products for trucks, buses and trailers and we always increase our product range by studying on new models. We continously increase our capacity depending on clients intensive interest and demand of the market. Our aim is to reach 360. 000 pieces for annual capacity in 2007. We export% 90 of our products over 50 countries in all over the world and% 10 for local market. We produce the air springs with high quality standarts by test applications and interval controls in production processes from raw material to end product. We guarantee definitely our products in accorance with methods from the independence of production faults and specified properties. The raw materials that we use in the production has the quality certificiates as ISO 9001 2000, ISO / TS 16949 2002. We use special rubber and fabric for production of air springs which has improved chemical attribute. The one of the most important raw material in air spring production is Cord Fabric whom our partner is CORDSA, belongs to Turkey one of the largest industry group SABANCI which was found with association with DUPONT afterwards SABANCI bought whole shares of DUPONT. Worlds largest manufacturer in its own field CORDSA has a manufacturing plant about 180. 000 sqm. AVON s Turkey distributor is our other partner in supplying the other most important raw material rubber. As a result of this we can say that we have technical knowledge and equipment for the best acceptance standarts of air spring production. Our products have not difference of quality from the OEM brands such as; Contitech, Firestone, Goodyear. . etc. However the important difference is our prices much more competitive than the others.
