Procedures: 1 Seller issues FCO. 2 Buyer signs and returns the Full Corporate Offer and B.C.L. together with his bank coordinate including bank officer�s names. 3 Seller issues Draft Contract to implement this agreed contract after signed copies exchanged, the transaction and verification must proceed in a timely manner. 4 Buyer and Seller execute this draft contract via email or fax confirmed with hard copies by DHL or equivalent courier. 5 Buyer Bank issue pre-advice instrument financial and send seller. 6 Seller verifies and acceptance instrument financial, and confirm acceptance buyer + Proof of product and/or poof of property or receipt of storage with Date and name of the product storage. 7 Within ten (10) banking days max, buyer�s bank shall open non operative L/C in favor of the seller. 8 The seller, within ten (10) banking days, issue P.B to activate the L/C 9 Delivery commences and is executed as per agreed schedule.
