• About Us : King Hong Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 1975. In early stage, King Hong manufactured office chairs and marketed its chairs as Tailee brand in domestic market in Taiwan. King Hong is one of the major manufacturers in the seating industry.King Hong has produced a broad range of multi-functional and ergonomically designed seating with professional software, state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, and most important of all, an outstanding R&D team. Up to Year 2008, we have obtained 27 patents from the US, 5 patents from Japan, 6 patents from China and 12 patents from Taiwanese patent office. As R&D progresses and business expands, King Hong Company continues to grow and develop facilities, including our head office Kaohsiung Fong-Lin Plant, Ping-Dong Wan-Dan Plant, Ping-Nan Plant, Ping-Five Plant, Ping-Six Plant and Guang-Dong Zhong-Shan Plant. Our facilities represent approximately 135,000 square meters of manufacturing and office capacity. Each plant applies itself to specific duties: Head office Fong-Lin Plant is major at product designing, mold-developing, steel stamping, welding and powder painting. Ping-Nan Plant produces plastic base, injects component and molds foam. Ping-Five and Ping-Six Plant produce PU arm, seat and back. It processes automatic castor assembly and die-casts aluminum base. Wan-Dan Plant: Tube cutting, bending and polishing.Zhong Shang Plant: seat and back manufacturing.In order to reduce the defect rate and to maintain the stability of our high-quality products, we manufacture 95% of our chair's component in-house, which means that we are in control of almost the whole production process. Our application of automation, in-house tool design and construction throughout the production process assures product excellence. King Hong prides itself on owning the most vertical integrated office chair production in the world.Besides continuing to improve our manufacturing techniques, King Hong strictly performs production management and quality control policy. We have been granted ISO 9001, the certification of quality management system. All our products are of best quality and conform to stringent international standards, including BIFMA in USA and JIS in Japan.
