• About Us : Since 1977, Kingroof Industrial co ltd proud to have 30 years of experience in the field of bike carriers, roof racks, and pet barriers. We offer the state of art technology in manufacturing and validating car racks and bike carriers. In addition, our R&D team is comprised of highly experienced engineers who follow German T.U.V guideline to design the safest and the most innovative products. Under the new management team in 2010, KingRoof industry has evolved from a professional manufacture of car rack system to a world class center of manufacturing, designing, and testing car racks in Taiwan.Manufacturing centerWe have the complete equipment in manufacturing bike carriers such as CNC tube bending, CNC punch press, CNC robotic welding, Swiss made electrodeposition/ powder coating facility, semi-auto assembly lines, and indoor warehouse. Moreover, in order to offer the consistent quality, standard of practice (SOP) is thoroughly practiced in each production run.Designing centerOur engineers have more than 20 years of experience in designing car racks. To this date, we have more than 10 products are certified with German T.U.V standard and own more than 60 international patents. To optimize designing process, we utilize 3D software to design and to simulate, and then we use rapid prototyping technique to turn the software design to finished sample within one week. Total there are more than 100 products are developed by us and most of them have helped our clients generate profits and gain reputation in their market.Testing centerKingRoof industry is the first one in region to develop in house testing laboratory according to German T.U.V guideline. We are able to validate our prototype and production samples in house with a wide range of tests. Our special trained testing engineers can carry out static, dynamic, corrosion, and aging test within one day and generate the English testing report the following day. Furthermore, we have developed our special guideline for customized road test.
