Booking confirmations are e-mailed to the client, this shows pick up date, time, locations and chauffeur details. The exact confirmation will also be sent to the chauffeur in question. It is precise and without fuss, overcomplicated text or jargon. Airport arrival transfers: Our chauffeurs will arrive, and be onsite with a clean and clearly marked name board, 10 minutes BEFORE the passengers flight has landed and monitor its progress to ensure the initial transition from aircraft to chauffeur vehicle is as efficient as possible. An additional Meet and Greet service is available on request. Transfers to the Airport : The chauffeurs will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time from office, hotel or residence and will advise that he or she have arrived. The chauffeurs will assist the passengers with their luggage and should the weather be inclement ensure the passengers are protected from the elements to chauffeur vehicle.On booking a chauffeur driven vehicle, rest assured that every eventuality has been taken into consideration e.g. correct vehicle utilised, enough time given for airport departures, special requests, etc. The carefully selected and thoroughly vetted chauffeurs currently used by Kingsbridge Chauffeur Services, have had experience of more than 3 years in the business and are fully aware of the high standards we strive to achieve and maintain.
