Blowmolding: Our Blowmolding department enables Kinpak to supply bottles of various sizes, colors, weights, and designs at an extremely competitive price. This dedicated in-house blowmolding provides the inventory control and flexibility necessary to support time-sensitive customers, while offering our packaging customers with the pricing structure to save money on their HDPE and PVC bottle needs. River Terminal: Kinpak's terminal on the Alabama river provides direct access to the Gulf Coast. Bulk materials can be received by barge, tank car, or tank truck for storage in our 1.2 million gallon bulk storage facility. Kinpak employs a tank car leasing program to supplement barge traffic when necessary. Blending: Kinpak has a total blending tank farm capacity in excess of 200,000 gallons. State-of-the-art electronic controls assure accuracy of every batch or lot. Every blend is tested for adherence to customer specifications.
