The covered area is 7200 Sq. Ft that comprises of production halls, offices and auxiliary buildings. Cutting Hall Our cutting hall is well equipped with latest cutting tools and accurately designed cutting tables to meet the cutting requirements. We have a cutting capacity of 1500 pieces in a single daily shift. A separate area has been allocated for bundling and cutting audit to ensure the quality. Stitching Hall: Our production hall is well designed and equipped with modern machinery to handle all kinds of sewing jobs. Our stitching production capacity is 1500 basic polo per day in a single shift. Finishing Hall: Our finishing hall is capable of handling quality check and packing of 1500 garments per day. Every facility like press, packing, clipping, quality check, alteration is provided under one roof to complete the finishing job efficiently and effectively. Differentiating Features Research shows that a better-illuminated atmosphere leads to a better quality production. For this very reason, our production facilities are fixed with Philips light fixtures containing TL-84 Tube Lights. Latest and new machinery/equipment is installed to ensure the highest quality standards set by the international buyers. Production halls have been professionally designed in consideration with the garment production cycle in order to improve efficiency. Our production area is designed according to the quality compliance standards set by the international buyers. Our location in the central hub of garment industry gives us an edge of time saving and close relationship with the market.
