• About Us : <br> <br>Foreseeing the future improvement of tKorea Souvenir Department Store Co., Ltdism industry in Jeju Island, 1st president of the late Cheong Deok-heon had established Korea Indigenous Product Company on May 11, 1973 at the building, Nammun Branch of Jeju Bank, employing 10 staff members. <br /> <br />Owing to poor infrastructure of tourism, a small number of tourists and the lack of understanding of tourism, business management was very difficult at the initial stage.&nbsp;&nbsp;However, overcoming adversities by solidairty, cooperation, harmony and innovation between staff members, company was extended to 264m2 of shop in Yeong-dong in 1980, with 12 employees. <br /> <br />Since the revitalization of tourism industry in 1980s, head office was constructed(1,983m2) in September 1987 at 908-5, Nohyeong-dong, Jeju City and also established Korea Souvenir Department Store Co., Ltd in 1990. <br /> <br />After the founder passed away in August 2002, Cheong Soon-ja has been inaugurated as 2nd president in May, 2003.&nbsp;&nbsp;Since then, we have reached at present position together with 20 employees, at 3.5 billion won of annual sales volume, as a sound enterprise in Korea. <br /><br><br>
