" Our company is principally involved in the food processing business and we specialize in grain processing in particularly oat milling. We also involved in the contract manufacturing of products in various packaging. The management of our company has been in the food processing business for the past 30 years and our experience include contract manufacturing, packing and supplying food ingredient to some of the largest names in the food industries. In order to meet varying international demands, production has gradually been diversified. Ernsts foods originally produced only instant cereal; then in 1998, we began processing oat. Since 2000, various spray-dried fat powders were introduced. Spray drying was added to the company's operation in 2000, when its first niro spray tower was installed. It is a two-stage spray dryer which the powder discharged from the drying chamber and its after-dried and cooled in a vibrating fluid bed. Therefore, we distinguish ourselves by having a unique system for dentification-agglomeration-flowability of spray dried products.
