- About Us : Ky Tech Store has been in business since 1993 as a service and retail company. Ky Tech Store now looking to expand our online sales. Our online sales last year exceeded our retail and service department in volume sales. Currently we are marketing products in local retail, as well as 7 international auction sites, 2 online marketplaces, and our own website. We have in house technicians and an electronics engineer that facilitate repair and combining products for the retail market. Our work facility encompasses appprox 8, 000 sq. Ft. Of dedicated warehouse space, a clean room, burn in / test area, as well as repair area. We may be interested in also providing warranty, repair services. With the information you provide, we will do some comparisons, market venue / competition / sell through analysis that will help us determine if we can sell your product with enough of a margin. Auction markets are considerably different than normal retail sales, but we do both. At this stage of our growth we are selling a wide range of products and are looking to specialize to one type of product line. That will be our next big step. Right now we have stock of many different types of products and when this stock is depleted we will be in a position to commit to the product line. We are not looking to compete with the major online sales houses for general consumables. Rather our concept is to provide products a little different e. G. New, cutting edge, an all-in-one computer rather than regular desktop, AMD rather than Intel, Laptops with flashy case rather than standard, Gaming etc.We do value added (eg supply a case or extra software with the laptop) and we minimize our markup to make the venue of sales work. We charge the absolute minimum for shipping and ship within 24 hours. So if you are looking for a honest, loyal and dependable business partner here in the Southwest U. S. we are available for your consideration. We prefer a long term relationship, rather than shipment by shipment re-negotiation.
