La Ermita was founded and is directed by Jose Jimenez; professional editing silkscreen artwork since 1969. Jose Jimenez has worked with major national artists, as La Ermita - Artencuentroll as notable personalities from the international scene. Among the artists who have edited with Jose Jimenez we can find Rafael Canogar, Genoves, Willy Ramos, Yturralde, Jordi Teixidor, Alfonso Albacete, Pedro Cano, Mitsuo Miura, Maria Lara, Alicia Martin, Marina Nunez, Javier de Juan, Sicre and other great artists of the national scene. The works are presented in Spanish galleries, as well as in Chicago, USA (of the hands of artists like Willy Ramos) and Germany (with Barbara Eichorn and Ziersch Wentzel). In addition to edit artwork, La Ermita organizes workshops and conducts training courses. La Ermita is located in Murcia (Spain), 15 km from San Javier airport.
