Each exciter drives four groups of transmission systems at one time, with each exciter&＃039;s parameters separately adjustable. The whole machine adopts a stack configuration, with each screen box operating in parallel. The oversize and undersize products are collected separately and discharged through manifolds. It has a compact layout , on an extremely small footprint. Feeding is made separately for each screen mesh, and a feed distribution box is configured for each sceen. The pulp comes into the box through pipes and then being distributed uniformly on the whole screen mesh. The screen can be equipped with multi-way feed distribution box, which is optional according to specific applications. The oversize and undersize of all screen meshes will be finally collected and discharged through manifolds respectively. The screens are designed for the classification in grinding-classification process of concentrators, and can offer a sieving efficiency up to 70% under the conditions of a proper feed-density, feed-size (-200mesh size fraction content) and a difference which is less than 30 percent.between the specified undersize and feed-size. The high screening efficiency can greatly reduce the circulating load and the qualified size fraction content in overflow, thus increasing the mill&＃039;s throughput (generally by 5~10 percentage). The screening process exerts a strict control over the undersize product, thus eliminating the impact of coarse particles against the grade of fine ores. In addition, the pulp, under the function of the high frequency, small amplitude vibrating, is stratified according to density. The high density small particles are apt to settle on and penetrate the mesh, thus evidently upgrading the undersize product.
