- About Us : Licorice Kazakhstan specialised in licorice root processing. We are getting the licorice root from our own land in the West Kazakhstan region. We have 30000 hectars of land with licorice root (wild not cultivated, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis and Glabra with high Glycyrrhizin Acid content). We would like to offer high quaity licorice extract in form of paste. Our production capacity is up to 800 MT of the extract per year. Production process is following: Licorice root (glycyrrhiza glabra&uralensis) is being extracted by water and high temperature. Water preparation (purification) is done by reverse osmosis plant. Filtration of the extract is done by Alfa Laval centrifuge system. The extract then is being standardized and concentrated. All equipment has CIP system and controlled by PLC SCADA.
