Through these years, pearl nuclei of Pacific Pearls were supplied and manufactured in Nashville, Tennessee, where buyers were mainly located in U.S.A., Japan, Taiwan and Mainland China. Pacific Pearls was once, one of the biggest Tennessee shell companies around the globe.THE TURNING POINT...In the mid to late 1990s, due to the Asian financial crisis, the pearl industry had been severely impacted, where the lost of giant buyers in the Asia region had forced Pacific Pearls & Corals into seeking alternate business opportunities. The Company had moved on from wholesale to retail, and most importantly, the precious pearls were further manufactured into "pearl powder", which later brought the Company into a different industry. Pearl Powder is widely used as a treatment for acne as it has a purifying effect on the skin and is good for sensitive skin and also effective at fading acne scars. It is made from freshwater pearls, which contains a number of amino acids and several minerals. It can also be made from saltwater pearls. It is considered by its proponents to help improve the appearance of the skin. A typical dose is 1 gram of pearl powder taken by mouth, traditionally mixed into water or tea, twice weekly.THE SKINCARE...In the early 21st century, Lina International has established.
