Presently, together with the local partner in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Middle East, LIT has successfully secured a number of procurement projects for the procurement of Chemical, Oil and Gas equipment from North American and Asia (China, India).Mission Through Innovation, Knowledge, Safety and Technology, we identify and provide our clients and partners in the Energy Industry procurement services with cost effective, efficient, quality and environment responsible.Role of Linan as a Procurement Agent As a Supply Chain Management Agent, at all times, we provide the following services to our client, if required:Obtain the most competitive prices from the qualified manufacturers in ChinaProvide an initial assessment on the cost effectiveness in purchasing in China.Provide professional Engineering, Quality and HSE consultation and advice to the client during the initial selection of manufacturers.Handle all the necessary communication between client and vendor during the whole Procurement Phase (RFI, RFQ, In-process, Final Inspection & Delivery)Handle or Arrange the initial vendor assessment and qualification Handle or Arrange Quality or HSE Audit and Assessment Handle or Arrange the In-process Inspection and final Customer Acceptance Test Monitor the In-process and delivery schedule through providing a constant update of the progressHandle export and import matterHandle Quality Issues and returning and, replacement of the defected goods if necessary
